The defendant, Charles McQueen, appeals the sentence imposed following his plea of guilty to charges of sale of cocaine, K.S.A. 65-4127a, and possession of marijuana with intent to sell, K.S.A. 1986 Supp. 65-4127b(b)(3). It should be noted that the information and journal entry in the record reference the offense of sale of cocaine as a violation of K.S.A. 65-4127b, not 65-4127a.
