This case involves an alleged misappropriation of trade secrets by Norman L. Wolfe (Wolfe), a former employee of the Tuthill Corporation (Tuthill). A division of Tuthill makes pumps, and while Wolfe worked as its purchasing agent, he started a competing business. In 1980, a preliminary injunction was issued prohibiting Wolfe from using Tuthill's trade secrets. This injunction was confirmed in 1981, and in 1983, Wolfe was found in contempt for violating...
