Wright d/b/a Attorneys Reporting Service brought suit against Gary Neil Champion, Charles Bradford Hankins, Toni Powell Berkes and David Steffano alleging that Berkes had breached a noncompete agreement and that the other defendants had tortiously interfered with a contractual and business relationship between Wright and Berkes. Wright's claims against Berkes were settled prior to trial. Steffano did not file an answer and...
