Bowles (a Jefferson Parish Police Officer) for personal injuries allegedly sustained during the course of a burglary investigation when he fell from a ladder which had been fabricated by Brackley & Voelkel Construction Company (contractor) and incorporated into the interior structure of a warehouse owned by Walter E. Blessey, Jr. & Associates (owner) and leased to Monroe Systems for Business Division...
