This is an original proceeding in prohibition in which the relator, Papin Builders, Inc. (Papin) seeks to prohibit the respondent-judge from compelling the relator to answer certain interrogatories propounded by the defendant in the underlying action. We issued our preliminary writ on April 1, 1987. We now make the preliminary writ absolute as to two interrogatories and quash the preliminary writ as to one interrogatory.
