The United States appeals from an order of the district court1 suppressing firearms seized during a search of an automobile owned by Terry Jon Martin in this case involving unlawful possession of firearms. 18 U.S.C. § 1202(a) Appendix (1982 and Supp.1985). For the reasons stated below we reverse.
