This disciplinary proceeding against J.B. Hooper is before us on the two-count complaint of The Florida Bar and the referee's report. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 15, Fla. Const.

As to Count I, the referee found that in August 1983 Hooper contracted with Suncoast Service Center, Inc. (Suncoast) for the installation of air-conditioning/heating equipment at a cost of $3,021. There is conflicting evidence as to whether or not the installation...
