This case is a controversy involving the rights of the appellant, Virgil Pulliam, in two certificates of deposit to which he was a joint owner with his cousin, the appellee's decedent, Lillian Pulliam. The certificates, dated October 2, 1980, and March 11, 1981, were in the amounts of $3,000.56 and $13,039.60, respectively.
