This matter comes before the Court on the Motion for Summary Judgment and in the Alternative Motion for Partial Summary Judgment of the Defendant, Reid Supply Company, Inc. For the reasons set forth below, the Motion for Summary Judgment is denied. The Alternative Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is granted.
