This is an appeal from a temporary injunction resulting from an appeal to the district court of a decision by the City of Dallas to discharge Kenneth L. Parker, a firefighter who had been with the City for seventeen years. Parker had appealed his discharge to the Civil Service Trial Board in accordance with the required procedure.
