KELLY, Judge.

Donald Placke appeals from a conviction of harassment in violation of § 565.090 RSMo 1978 in a jury waived trial. Appellant was sentenced to ten days imprisonment, however, the execution of the sentence was suspended and appellant was placed on unsupervised probation for a period of one year. We affirm.
