In this workers' compensation case, the Court of Appeal found the plaintiff failed to prove he was disabled from performing any reasonable type of work, and reversed a trial court judgment for plaintiff.1

The trial court had found plaintiff, Mitchell Price, was totally and permanently disabled and awarded him compensation of $160.00 per week, an increase of $64.00 per week from the rate paid for nearly seven months...
