This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the Bell Circuit Court in a "slip and fall" case. The jury awarded appellee, a store customer, $30,281 in damages for personal injuries sustained by him based upon its finding that appellant, the store owner, was 100% at fault. Appellant contends that the court erred by failing to grant its motion for a directed verdict, and by failing to grant its motion for a new trial on the ground that the instructions...
