Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of two motor vehicle violations, operating a motor vehicle while his license to do so was suspended in violation of 23 V.S.A. § 674, and operating a motor vehicle on a highway while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of 23 V.S.A. § 1201 (a)(2).
