Attorney Joe G. Hosner petitions for review of the report of the referee filed in this disciplinary action brought by The Florida Bar. Review is sought under Rule 3-7.6 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Our jurisdiction of the proceeding is based on article V, section 15 of the Florida Constitution.

The referee found that an audit of respondent's trust account, in the course of which "monthly trust reconciliations" were performed, revealed...
