In our original opinion, reported at 478 So.2d 1240, (La.App. 4th Cir.1985), we considered and rejected LP & L's claims that either United Gas Pipeline Company (United) or Pennzoil Company (Pennzoil) had violated R.S. 51:123 by monopolizing or attempting to monopolize the sale...
