The State appeals from an interlocutory order of the Superior Court, Somerset County, suppressing evidence obtained from the residence of Duane Marquis upon the execution of a search warrant issued by the District Court, Skowhegan. Marquis had been indicted for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 353 (1983).
