In the Matter of CHANGES IN ARKANSAS SUPREME COURT AND COURT OF APPEALS RULES 20(A) AND 29(6).

PER CURIAM.

Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals Rule 20(a) is amended to be as follows:

(a) Time Limited for Filing—Service.— Petitions for rehearing, briefs thereon, and evidence of service both of petition and brief, must be filed within 17 days from the date of decision.

The first sentence of the second paragraph of Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals Rule 29, subsection 6., is amended to be as follows:
