Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of second degree murder, aggravated assault, leaving the scene of a fatal accident, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor with a prior conviction for DWI and without driver's license, and driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .10 or greater with a prior conviction for DWI and without a driver's license.
