By nine-count information filed in the Circuit Court of McDonald County and thereafter amended, defendant R__ D__ G__ was charged with four counts of rape in violation of § 566.030, RSMo Supp.1984, four counts of incest in violation of § 568.020, RSMo Supp.1984, and one count of sodomy in violation of § 566.060, RSMo Supp.1984.
