The complaint in this action seeks a declaratory judgment setting forth the requirements upon which the City of Saratoga Springs must accept for dedication a roadway known as Pinehurst Drive in the City of Saratoga Springs.

By notice of motion, dated June 19, 1987, and supporting papers, the plaintiff moves for an order striking the defendants' answer, and directing the entry of summary judgment
