CRAIN, Judge.

This is an appeal from the judgment of the trial court in a worker's compensation action.

Anthony Marchan was employed as a laborer by Qualicare Walsh Construction Company. On August 4, 1983, during the course and scope of his employment, Marchan allegedly suffered an injury to his lower back. He received worker's compensation benefits from August, 1983, through March 14, 1984. Marchan has been unemployed since the onset of the injury.
