This civil action was filed by plaintiff Daniel Miller, a professional photographer, seeking $108,000 in damages from defendant Newsweek, Inc., for defendant's alleged loss of 72 photographic negatives sent by Miller to Newsweek (Docket Item ["D.I."] 1.)
