Michael Seger appeals his conviction of attempted murder, 17-A M.R.S.A. §§ 152, 201 (1983), gross sexual misconduct, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 253 (1983), and two counts of kidnapping, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 301 (1983), entered after a jury trial in the Superior Court, Androscoggin County.
