This appeal involves a child custody dispute under the New Mexico Child Custody Jurisdiction Act (CCJA). See NMSA 1978, §§ 40-10-1 to -24 (Repl. 1986). The mother, a resident of Oklahoma, appeals from the trial court's ruling transferring physical custody of the parties' only child to the father, a resident of New Mexico.
