OPINION BY JUDGE CRAIG, March 24, 1987:

Chadds Ford Restoration, Inc. appeals from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board affirming a referee's decision on remand granting benefits. We reverse.

Initially, a referee had denied compensation benefits to Robert J. Ford on the ground that he was not in the course of his employment at the time of his accident. On appeal, without making new findings of fact, the board reversed the referee's decision...
