These consolidated actions are now before the Court on separate motions for summary judgment filed herein by the defendants on March 16, 1987. Pursuant to these motions, each defendant contends that he is entitled to a summary judgment against the plaintiffs inasmuch as there exists no genuine issue as to any material fact, and the defendants are entitled to a judgment as a matter of law.
