HUYETT, District Judge.

The Pennsylvania Abortion Control Act (Act), 18 Pa.Cons.Stat. §§ 3201-3220 (1983), became law on June 11, 1982. Plaintiffs immediately filed suit challenging the constitutionality of a number of its provisions, and moved for a preliminary injunction.
