Defendant, Ernest Brown, Jr. was charged by bill of information with three counts of armed robbery in violation of La.R.S. 14:64. He was tried by jury, and found guilty as charged. Defendant was subsequently sentenced to three concurrent seventy-five year terms of imprisonment at hard labor, without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence.
