Plaintiff, Roy Raymond Cloud (Cloud), on July 7, 1984, injured his knee in a work-related accident while employed by Cajun Contractors & Engineers (Cajun). Worker's compensation benefits were paid until plaintiff's physician "released" plaintiff to work on October 16, 1984.
