The appellant in this criminal case was charged with driving while intoxicated, and convicted after a trial in the City Court of Kensett, Arkansas. After a de novo appeal to the Circuit Court of White County, Arkansas, the appellant was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, first offense. He was fined $600.00, his driver's license was suspended for ninety days, and he was sentenced to ten days in the White County Detention Center. From that...
