Weston was convicted, following a jury trial, of assault in the third degree (AS 11.41.220(a)(1)), misconduct involving weapons in the first degree (AS 11.61.200(a)(1)), and assault in the fourth degree (AS 11.41.230(a)(3)). Superior Court Judge Karl S.
