The dispute underlying this appeal involves a $19,998.00 commission from a life insurance policy purchased by Kenneth Schlatter. An insurance agent, Jerry Hickman (Hickman), alleged that a bank employee, Lawrence Johnson (Johnson), interfered with a business relationship and interfered with a contract.
