River Hills Associates, a Chapter 11 debtor that lost its major asset, the River Hills Apartments, at a foreclosure sale, challenges the sale, contending that the automatic stay was still in effect at the time of the sale; that, if the stay was not still in effect, it was denied a hearing at which it would have objected to the lifting of the stay; and that the sale violated Texas law because it was irregular and at a grossly inadequate...
