COHEN, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated robbery and assessed his punishment at 35 years confinement.

The record reflects that on August 27, 1984, the complainant and her husband were alone in their home when Derald Jacob was allowed to enter the house, by identifying himself as a police officer.
