Anthony Joseph Miller was convicted of possession of a controlled substance, namely, heroin. Punishment, enhanced by two previous convictions, was assessed by the jury at forty years' confinement. In four points of error, appellant contends that: (1) the evidence is insufficient to support the conviction; (2) the trial court erred in overruling the motion to suppress because the heroin was obtained as the result of an illegal search and seizure...
