DIES, Chief Justice.

Chester Anderson, Plaintiff below, sued First Texas Equities, Inc., Livingston Savings and Loan Association, and Jasper Federal Savings and Loan Association, Defendants below, for damages. After a jury trial, judgment was entered that Plaintiff take nothing of and from Defendants, from which judgment Plaintiff has perfected appeal to this court.
