MATTHEWS, Justice.

This is a dispute over the amount of permanent partial disability benefits to which appellee Constance Crider is entitled. In 1984 the Workers' Compensation Board awarded Crider $22,800 in compensation for a disabling back injury incurred in 1978 in the course of her employment as a school custodian.
