OPINION ON MOTION TO DISMISS

COUNTISS, Justice.

Appellee Evangelical Assemblies, Inc. moves the dismissal of this appeal on the ground that appellant Templo Ebenezer, Inc. did not timely file its appeal bond. We overrule the motion.
