STATON, Judge.

Marcus Alan Tam was convicted by a jury of rape and criminal deviate conduct, and he appeals those convictions, raising three issues for our review:

I. Was there sufficient evidence to support the guilty verdict on each count? II. Did the trial court err in refusing to give defendant's tendered instructions numbered 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8? III. Did the trial court err in refusing to instruct the jury on the crime of battery...
