Dale Ann Walker (Walker) appeals from a judgment notwithstanding the verdict granted in favor of Comdata Network, Inc. (Comdata), in an action for fraud and breach of contract. In two points of error, Walker asserts that (1) the trial court erred in granting Comdata's motion to disregard special issue findings and for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and (2) even if she failed to request proper jury issues concerning fraud and breach of contract...
