This case involves a lawsuit brought by Texas Department of Corrections inmate Darrell C. Adams against the TDC and two TDC employees for wrongful confiscation of his property. The question presented is whether Adams has stated a civil rights claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1982), against the two TDC employees, Myers and Bonner.
