OPINION
GONZALEZ, Justice.
The issue in this case is the effect of a variance between the State's petition and the court's charge in a juvenile adjudication hearing. As a result of jury findings, the trial court held that the child had engaged in delinquent conduct. The court of appeals affirmed.
