BUSSEY, Judge:

On February 8, 1984, the appellant, entered a guilty plea to two counts of Embezzlement in Pottawatomie County District Court Case No. CRF-83-371 and received a suspended sentence of two (2) years' imprisonment on each count, the sentences to run concurrently.
