McLAUGHLIN, District Judge.

Defendant, Vincent Santa, was convicted in this Court of extortion and conspiracy to commit extortion. 18 U.S.C. § 1951. He now moves for a judgment of acquittal. Fed.R.Crim.P. 29. For the reasons discussed below, the motion is dismissed.
