This proceeding is Bobby Lynn Stephens' original application for a writ of habeas corpus attacking an order of contempt for failure to pay child support.

Stephens is ordered discharged.

Stephens and his ex-wife, Betty, were divorced in 1978. In the decree of divorce, relator was ordered to pay "child support" for two children in the amount of $70.00 per week, the first payment beginning...
