BUSSEY, Judge:

The appellant, William R. Powell, entered a guilty plea on July 27, 1983, in Comanche County District Court, Case No. CRF-82-635, to the charge of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and was given a five (5) year suspended sentence.
