The appellant, Torrey W. Holland, was tried and convicted in the District Court of Woodward County for the crime of Injury of a Minor Child in Case No. CRF-84-91 and the jury returned a verdict of guilty and set punishment of ninety (90) days imprisonment in the county jail and a five hundred dollar ($500.00) fine.
