This is a class action brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 by inmates in the Fishkill Correctional Facility ("FCF") in Beacon, New York, on behalf of all persons who are or will be confined in FCF. The plaintiff class alleges that the totality of conditions caused by overcrowding at FCF subjects them to cruel and unusual punishment prohibited by the Eighth1 and Fourteenth Amendments...
