Doctors Park of Minden, Inc. and the officers of this corporation appeal from a single judgment rendered in two cases consolidated for trial. That judgment recognized Dr. John B. Hill as the owner of a twenty year verbal lease from the corporation on a building which he had been occupying as his office.
